Uniquely You Psychology collects and retains personal information as part of its booking process for the purpose of identification, payment and communication with delegates. Uniquely You Psychology respects the privacy of our delegates and the Australian privacy laws and will not release or sell delegates personal information to any company or organization except where it is required by law by subpoena, risk of harm or where there is it is necessary to protect Uniquely You Psychology’s legal rights.

Uniquely You Psychology may also from time to time, communicate with delegates about other Uniquely You Psychology services or upcoming events.

Uniquely You Psychology will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Uniquely You Psychology will store personal information you provide on secure third party servers, and may store hard copies of personal and/or clinical information in secured locked storage.

We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service. The type and content of marketing messages subscribers receive, and if it may contain third party content, is clearly outlined at the point of subscription.

Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page. Photography / Videography Disclaimer

Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to use any photography and videography taken at events held by Uniquely You Psychology without the expressed written approval of those captured within the photographs/videos. Uniquely You Psychology may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced for print or digital marketing platforms contracted by Uniquely You Psychology included but limited to newspapers, brochures, magazines, books, websites, blogs and social media (Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter etc).

Any delegate attending a Uniquely You Psychology event who does not wish to have their image used for distribution must notify the photographer /videographer or Uniquely You Psychology contact at sky@uniquelyyoupsychology.com.au in writing.

 

Intellectual Property

Uniquely You Psychology holds ownership of all intellectual property (including Copyright) used during the Uniquely You Psychology groups, workshops, seminars, retreats, onsite and online training sessions unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to; all text, images, videos, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations, methodologies, processes, and any course related materials. Marketing collateral and workshop materials cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without the prior written approval of Uniquely You Psychology and its director.

General

Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to video and/or audio record sessions for quality assurance and training and development purposes.

Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to cancel, postpone, re-schedule events or change venues or substitute facilitators at its discretion. Generally these possibilities would occur due to low enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In these circumstances, a full refund will be available should alternative dates offered for the event are not acceptable.

Dispatch/Delivery of Goods

Uniquely You Psychology will email a Tax Invoice as proof of purchase for workshops booked and paid for online. No tangible tickets are issued or sent via post.  An email will be sent prior to workshops as a reminder of relevant information regarding location, date, time and inclusions eg. catering and workshop materials.
