No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to access our coaching, mentorship, or therapy services. If you struggle with executive dysfunction, persistent procrastination, focus fatigue, or emotional dysregulation, our neuro-affirming sessions are open to you regardless of where you are on your diagnostic journey.
We offer both options! In-person consultations are held at our Melbourne practice location (120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC), while encrypted, high-definition telehealth consultations are available for clients across Australia and internationally.
Yes. Australian clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and GP referral are eligible for Medicare rebates of approximately $141.85 per clinical psychology consultation. Private health insurance extras rebates may also apply depending on your provider and policy tier.
